The Nationman–OBEC Futsal League, Under-15, 2nd Edition for the 2009 academic year was held competing for the Honor Trophy of Dr. Chinapat Phumirattana, Secretary-General of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Nationman (Thailand) Co., Ltd., represented by Mr. Saneh Jaruwaraghirom, served once again as the main sponsor providing standard-quality competition equipment meeting FIFA international standards.

Nationman (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has always recognized the value of developing youth athletic potential and understands the importance of sports in giving Thai youth a healthy outlet for their curiosity, desire to prove themselves, and competitive spirit. Adults should provide full support for this — and Nationman is proud to play a part in developing, promoting, and encouraging the nation's youth through sports. The tournament was held from November 2009 to February 2010, with matches scheduled once per week.
